Baby's development at week 29
All bones are fully developed though still soft and flexible for birth. The baby now regulates its own body temperature. The muscles and lungs continue to mature rapidly.
Practice pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) daily to support labour and recovery.

- ✕High-sodium processed food
- ✕Large meals that worsen reflux
