Baby's development at week 32
Your baby practises breathing by moving amniotic fluid in and out of the lungs. Toenails and fingernails are fully grown. Most babies are now head-down in preparation for birth.

Foods to avoid
- ✕Alcohol
- ✕Gas-producing foods (beans, cabbage) if uncomfortable
- ✕Very spicy food if causing heartburn
- ✕Raw/undercooked meat
- ✕High-sodium processed food
- ✕Large meals that worsen reflux
